Merchandise

  • All merchandise sales are final.
  • Items are non-returnable and non-refundable once purchased.
  • Please double-check sizes, colors, and product details before placing your order.

Memberships

Memberships are:

  • Non-refundable
  • Non-transferable
  • By purchasing a membership, you agree to these terms and acknowledge that all membership sales are final.

Digital Downloads

  • Due to the nature of digital content, all digital product sales (e.g. eBooks, guides, templates, audio/video files) are final.
  • We do not offer refunds, returns, or exchanges for digital downloads.
  • If you encounter issues accessing your files, please contact us at support@chefdecoded.com, and we’ll be happy to help troubleshoot.

Event Tickets (if applicable)

Tickets to events (virtual or in-person) are:

  • Non-refundable
  • Non-transferable unless otherwise stated in the event terms.

If an event is canceled or significantly changed, we will contact ticket holders with available options.

Damaged Goods

If you receive a damaged item:

  1. Contact us at support@chefdecoded.com within 48 hours of delivery.
  2. Include your order number and photo or video proof of the damage.

We’ll review your case and may offer a replacement or partial refund based on the situation. All damaged goods claims are handled on a case-by-case basis.
